AGMENTO

Founder & Designer

/agmento/

Fragment of the word “fragmento” in Spanish.

A small part broken off or separated from something.

I’ve taken the threads of the structures, the concentration of the perfect grooves, the breaks, edges of changing organisms, fractions, nature itself that produces infinite patterns, fragmenting the treasures that nature keeps in its organic forms.

Created with recycled Sterling Silver, the entire process is handmade, from wax carving for casting where its production was made together with Mexican local artisans.

With Agmento, I sought to generate a connection between the user and their piece creating jewels of physical and sentimental value, where human behavior is constantly reflected from nature.

EROSION

The erosion of stones has a close relationship with our essence as human beings, who live this dimension in different ways;
It is the experiences and the interaction with others that mark us and define us, and despite the intensity with which they impact us, we always end up as unique beings with our own beauty.

AMAZONIA

Inspired by meandering rivers and their ever-changing paths, just like human behavior flows with unpredictability, twisting, adapting, and reshaping itself over time. These rivers do not follow a straight course; instead, they carve their own way, creating intricate patterns that reflect the natural rhythm of change.
Amazonia captures the essence of this movement, slow transformations, detours, and the beauty in unpredictability.
Just like meandering river’s curves, our paths are shaped by experiences, constantly shifting yet always moving forward.

MUSCARIA

Muscaria is a piece that evokes the nature of resilient organisms such as fungi, capable of growing in habitats tolerant to fire and decomposing organic matter.

Without leaves or roots, they hold the enigma of symbiotic reproduction, given by persistent and close relationships between organisms of different species such as humans.
In this sense, Muscaria reminds us that every place, regardless of its characteristics, is a vital space whose community is its power.
Since oxidation is a natural reaction in silver, I played with this process where the ring highlights its grooves and beauty over time, emphasizing the concept of the piece, inspired by mushrooms, which reminds us of resilience.

CORALLO

Coral is one of the most fascinating organisms in the ocean, an arboreal beast that embodies the colors of the algae it lives with.
It is a crystalline mirror that reflects the beauty of others in a perfect symbiosis, forming an extensive reef so that animals can form a community.
With this piece I seek to evoke the receptivity and openness of coral, which is essential in life, to multiply the splendor of what surrounds us and thereby create a world.

MAGMA

Collaboration with Studio Bermudez

Magma is a ring composed of two independent pieces that, when joined, resemble molten rock in motion.

Inspired by the semi-fluid fusion of silicates and minerals beneath the Earth's crust, it captures the balance between complexity and chaos within volcanoes, reflecting the internal disorder that occurs at the time of creation, but which ultimately results in a clear and orderly expression.
